Come and explore watercolour - It is a wonderful medium

Enjoy learning in a stimulating hands-on workshop.

These workshops are for all, from the beginner to the more advanced artist. They  are held in Jenny's studio. See the studio, and stroll in the spacious garden set in wonderful Megan scenery. Lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea is provided but you need to provide your own accommodation in Dorrigo and your own vehicle is needed to get to the Studio, about 14km from Dorrigo. 

Watch as the methods are demonstrated. You will paint at least four complete paintings, and receive individual guidance and constructive criticism, helpful hints and ideas. Jenny commences each workshop with a one hour demonstration of a complete painting to help you understand how a painting is constructed.  

Subjects covered are varied, including landscapes, water scenes, houses and flowers. 

Please note that each workshop is different.

The times are 9am to 4pm each day and tea or coffee is available when desired at no extra cost.

All these two day workshops are the same price: $155

2. The Deluxe Five Day Watercolour Workshop Experience

Five days of  watercolour painting in Jenny's Megan Studio with several outdoor painting sessions in and around this wonderful area. with tuition and demonstrations by Jenny.

 The dates are:   Monday 1st  to Friday 5th September 2008

Cost: $395

Lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea is provided

You will need to book your own accommodation in Dorrigo.

Have a painting holiday and come to Dorrigo in September 2008 !

 

 

 

 

3. Workshops For Art Groups And Organisations

Jenny is happy to conduct  workshops for art groups and organisations.

WEEKLY WATERCOLOUR CLASSES

The weekly watercolour classes are for eight people maximum

They are held in the Megan home studio on Tuesday mornings during NSW school terms

Currently, there is a waiting list.

The fee is a term fee, payable at the start of the school term. It is based on $12 per class but not all terms are the same length. The casual rate for those who just wish to attend occasionally is $17 per class.

 

 

5. Booking Information For Watercolour Workshops

Bookings are essential for all workshops as the places are limited. Bookings are placed by filling in and returning a booking slip complete with either the full cost of the workshop, or if you prefer, a $30 booking fee, the balance being payable six weeks before the workshop when I send you further information. A quick phone call at the time of posting your booking form will assist especially if we are not in a position to clear the post box or read the e-mail for a period. To obtain a booking form please make contact with me.

Please note that the $30 booking fee is non-refundable unless the workshop is either cancelled for any reason, or is fully booked at the time of receipt. Once placed, a booking cannot be transferred to another workshop without payment of a further booking fee.
